Meet the Owner: Mark Friedman, Senior Helpers Boston & South Shore
I’m Mark Friedman and I have been in the senior care industry since 2009. Senior care is my passion. My goal is to set a new standard in senior care in Massachusetts—from our roots delivering exceptional care, to a high-touch agency with significant resources and connections for elders. I have always believed aging is a journey, and at Senior Helpers Boston and South Shore, we meet seniors wherever they are in their deeply personal travels.
For Senior Helpers Boston and South Shore, we set the bar high in caregiver training, education, and quality of services and experiences.
It is why I advocate and lead the charge for home care licensing and standardized practices. I am a frequent editorialist in the South Shore Senior News and the Jewish Advocate on issues of aging and senior care. I also teach and hope to influence the next generation of industry leaders. I served as a Faculty member in Lasell College’s ambitious E.L.D.E.R. Partnership Program; as a certified trainer of the Virtual Dementia Tour (VDT®), I share the inspirational work being done in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care with my professional colleagues. So together, we all raise the bar in senior care. Our goal is to be more than just a Senior Care provider, but to be your trusted partner in care.
